About
A place for investigating how technology creates risk
FalconProSec explores the intersection of cybersecurity, privacy, technology and artificial intelligence, and tries to make complicated security topics easier to understand.
Why this site exists
Every app, account and connected device produces information. Much of it ends up somewhere public, collected, or easier to find than people expect. That information can then be used in ways nobody intended: to build a profile, to make a scam more convincing, or to find a way in.
Most explanations of these risks are either highly technical or vague. FalconProSec aims for the space in between: careful, evidence-based explanations of how the risks actually work, written for curious readers whether or not they work in security.
What it covers
The focus is on cybersecurity, privacy, OSINT and public information, social engineering, data exposure, and the ways artificial intelligence is changing all of them.
- Investigations examine specific real-world questions in depth.
- Security & Privacy answers practical questions readers actually have.
- Technology looks at how technology works and where it is going.
- Tools are small interactive exercises for learning by doing.
The approach
How investigations work
- 01
Ask a question
Start from a specific, answerable question rather than a broad topic.
- 02
Investigate it
Research using publicly available information and documented sources.
- 03
Explain the evidence
Show what was found and where it came from, so readers can check it.
- 04
Identify what it means
Separate what the evidence supports from what remains uncertain.
- 05
Explain the implications
Describe the security and privacy consequences in practical terms.
Principles
Evidence over assumptions
Claims are tied to sources. Where something is uncertain, it is described as uncertain.
Clear, not simplified
Complicated topics are explained in plain language without removing the parts that matter.
Transparent about limits
Research is based on public information. It can be incomplete or wrong, and corrections are published openly.
Responsible with information
Investigations focus on how risks work, not on exposing individuals. Personal details are not republished.
Who is behind it
Sandra started FalconProSec out of a long-standing curiosity about how technology works, and how it fails. With a background in computer science and software engineering, Sandra has always been drawn to understanding how technology works, how it can be exploited, and how those weaknesses can be uncovered. Through FalconProSec, she pursues her growing passion for cybersecurity by investigating emerging threats, exploring digital investigations, and learning how to help make the digital world safer.
This is an independent site. It is not a security company and does not offer professional services. The work here is research and explanation, done carefully and openly, with sources listed so you can check them yourself.
Corrections
Mistakes happen. When an error is found in an investigation or article, it is corrected on the page and noted in a visible “Corrections & updates” section with the date, rather than silently changed.
If you notice something wrong or have more context, please get in touch.
